Hey RaceAGMC....Well...this project is in Winston-Salem at my brothers shop...hopefully by mid summer here I'll have her home!!!....and YES...let's meet up...i think they have a cruise in at the Bruster's Ice Cream (by Birkdale) place in Huntersville on Tuesday's and Hooter's in Mooresville on Wednesday's....

JayDub....I got the Booster/ MC from "Sammy" here on the board, but it is an 8" dual diaphram booster with I believe a 1" bore MC....check out this web site... http://www.mbmbrakeboosters.com/Parts.html it's a dealer only site so if you want to order try this site....they carry all of there stuff....http://www.piratejack.net/

Yes they do the car shows those nights i believe. I am hopefully gettin my truck outta the shop this weekend. I just got it and sent it in to have all kinds of knick nack things done to make it completley road worthy for me. Once i get it back i'll prob be at the shows...and then start with the moddin"

Hey tjvending....it's sunburst orange metallic....my body guy uses PPG paint and the code I asked him to use is PPG#56/WA913L....got it off a web site where I looked up PPG codes based on GM color names.....hope this helps!!!

Nate...thanks for asking....a quick update here....sorry no pics, so don't give me no bull!!!

I basically realllllly close to the end here....I am trying my darnest to get it done for my Grad school graduation/ party!!!.....I have started routing wiring with the painless system I bought back around christmas time....just trying to route it so that it looks good...got everything pretty much routed, but have not started connecting anything....

Other items I have to complete are
1. Tightening all fuel lines and brake lines.
2. Bench bleed MC and pump up brake system
3. Finish all wiring connections and GROUNDING (don't forget to ground!!!!)
4. Hook up e-brake stuff
5. Install exhaust (I got flowmasters series 40 with turndowns about midway back along the bed)
6. Install Carpet & Bench seat
7. Fire her UP!!!! (I cannot wait for this step...it could happen after #3 is done....)

Well, sounds like you still have a few things to finish the project, but after that, what better graduation gift could you give yourself!

As far as receiving crap about the pics, that depends on how long you hold out on us......

Okay Nate...and all others...to avoid harassment...here's an update....

I worked on the 'Mistress' this weekend and here's a few pics of what I got done....I installed the e-brake cables, but one of the rear e-brake cables I got at the junkyard started binding up....so gotta get a new one....I also installed the exhaust....2.5" with H pipe, Flowmaster Series 40's and turndowns just past the rear trailing arm brackets....I think it'll be kinda loud!!!

....check it out!!!

Hey Thanks Backyard88....I plan on video-ing the first start of the engine (it has been 2 years)!!!!.....I definitely will post up when that happens (hopefully in a couple weeks)
