I have a 68 C10. How can I lock my hood?

as a theft deterant? only way that i would guess is use some locking hood pins maybe someone else might chime in

Here is what I use. It has a built in kill and it locks from the inside so you dont have to worry about the lock freezing in the winter.

NAPA had a couple a few years ago that I bought, but procrastination has made sure I didn't install one of them. It uses an in-the-cab release via a cable system, just to prevent anyone from opening the hood w/o permission.
But.....you gotta lock the doors!!!
