Factory tach question.
Looking to put a tach dash setup in an 87 1/2 ton. Gas engine, with 350 F.I. What year tach dash will interchange with the 87? Will an older tach head and fuel gauge work in the 87 cluster or is that getting to be too much work? Any input is appreciated. Eric

Re: Factory tach question.
As long as your speedo is a cable driven one and not an electronic one then there should be no MAJOR problem.
I can however guarantee that you will need to repin the wiring harness connector that plugs into the back of the cluster I explained this to another member in the following link............ http://http://67-72chevytrucks.com/v...d.php?t=294860
