69-72 to 67-68 front clip swap

What are all of the parts needed to complete one of these swaps? Is everything just bolt on and go?

It is pretty straight forward. You will need a different hood, grill, radiator support and bumper.

I am sure some one else will add more info. I use the LMC catalog a lot as a reference-I don't order from them much but they have a great catalog.
