Re: back in port

My youngest son has been to UAE, twice. The first time, was a sidebar to his stay in Saudi. He was at Prince Sultan AB when the Iraqi "thing" began, and is in a picture with Rummy when he came to the base to announce that the U.S. was leaving Saudi Arabia.

Watch out for the barbers on the base, though. He said he experience of getting your head slapped after having it virtually shaved, is unique. The story he told of watching the "next" guys as he got his hair cut, is priceless.

Hope your stay is not too hot and not too long. I'm proud of our servicemen/women.

Re: back in port

What ship you on? Hope your stay is short, as I know how it is there. Been there twice myself.
