Factory option codes - glovebox sticker

I have the excel based spreadsheet saved, that someone posted, that is a duplicate of the factory glove box sticker.

I would like to put in some of my factory codes, but I don't have any listing of the codes, descriptions. Would someone be kind enough to show pics of their option stickers, so I can get some of the coding.

Thanks.

I have a listing of the codes for our trucks on my web page. Check them out and see if this is what you're looking for?
