year diffrences
somewhere on this site there is a thread hiding.. that tells and shows what the differences in the year models is for 67-72.. i know the difference in front ends but not in the beds..it had something to do with around the wheel well i remember. can somebody point me in the direction of this thread.. ive done a few searches and i still cant find it

the beds only had one chainge that i am aware of... 67s had no side markers... the rest did.
There was a chainge in GMC tailgate font... small letter is 67/68, big letter 69 - 72 On stepsides, there may have been a chainge in fender... but I am not certian on that one. |

You may be thinking about the difference in short wheel base and long wheel base beds. The wheel opening is radiused on the bottom on a long wheel base bed. This true for all year beds when comparing long and short. Andy is right, besides marker lights all the beds are same from year to year. The same is true with stepside fenders.
