No need to feel stupid, you don't learn if you don't ask.

Re: Sbc ??

Glad you are onboard with SBC....just hope the PO of your truck did not mess it all up like many PO's do.

PO = Previous Owner

Re: Sbc ??

Wow Thanks. It’s been sometime since I have dug in to some real engine work. Been driving my 1972 SBC. LWB. 4X4 PU. The PO keeped it in good shape.(Note the use of acronyms) For the last 12 years. Been and good driver. But its time for engine and trans replacement and a little TLC. Going to slip that in next month. Started reading all the posts and the sticks. Great info. It is refreshing my memory and adding some new knowledge. I will be posting some more questions as I get into this project. Again Thanks.

Welcome the board and don't be afraid to ask questions. A lot of boards are chock full o' punks that run people in the ground for asking questions or if they don't like what the poster says. This board has tons very good people, and everybody is willing to help.

Now, with that being said, !!!

We are bonefide pic junkies around here, and we want to see 'em all no matter the condition!!!
