Need help on Foose wheels
I put on a wheel today, and I really liked it, but its close. I want to run 18's in front and 20x10 in back. They are 20x10 and have the 6.25bs, its close to the back and it may be just fine on the outside. I'm new to wheels and at $345 a wheel, I want to be right. Here's the 20x10 with 6.25bs.

Re: Need help on Foose wheels
On the inside? Its getting a bit cut out...lol. The tubs are coming out. I don't think I'll have a problem on the outside and thats where I'm worried that the 5.25 will rub when dropped. The tubs can be taken out and you can get a 15in wheel under there if you want.

Re: Need help on Foose wheels
Too much backspacing for me. I'm not too fond of tucking the wheel so far into the wheel well and like it as far out toward the fender as possible.
Are you planning on bagging it or something and want to drop it down as far as you can?.....that would be the only reason I would see for having to tuck it in so far.

Anyways, forgot to say I was bagging it. I need them to tuck back so it will lay out. I want to try a set of air bags, because I never have. I have 2 drag trucks, import with turbo, 4x4 JK, and chopper. I have never tried bags and have had this truck for so long I wanted to change it up a bit. |

Re: Need help on Foose wheels
If U Go No Wider Than A 275 In Width You'll Be Ok. Bagged Or Not.

I was looking into the 275/40/20 and whatever matches that size in a 18 for the front, but they could only seem to track down 1 matching pair. I could go cheaper tires but different brands front and back, and they were $245 a piece for the back tires. So, that offset will work as long as I get new wider tubs in back, of course...lol? Re: Need help on Foose wheels
I have foose nitrous on my truck. I the rear tires are 20x10 with 4.5" backspacing. I believe i have a 70 rear end and I am just a touch too wide. If your truck is going to be a static drop or stock height then you should be fine with a 5" backspacing. If they have a 5.5" backspacing then that would be perfect for the future if you want to bag your truck. If you have a pre 70 rear end then 4.5" backspacing should be fine. I hope that made sence. Nice wheel choice!!!
Josh Ps. I am running a 275/30/20 tire which measures out to 10.83" wide and 26.5" tall tire.

Re: Need help on Foose wheels
I'm not sure about the rearends year, all I can say is its a 5 bolt pattern rear, so its not pre 70 I take it...lol. I can only get the Legend in a 6.25 20x10 wheel. I was looking into the Nitrous and the only thing I like about the Legend more, is that the chrome goes way back, just about 1 inch shy from the back of the wheel. That and I have dogs...lol...I would hate to have to take a Q-tip to the little rivets every morning, damn dogs and tires.
