reverse lights!?!?!?

ok, i just had my 67 C10 worked on by a guy in atlanta...TX...and he supposedly put a new wireing harness and all sorts of stuff in it...well, i got it home today, and it ran AWESOME. and sounded AWESOME. and looked DUSTY. but i went out just a second ago (dark outside) and turned on the lights...and my reverse lights were on. I cant get them to go off. I have perminant reverse lights. what's the deal? how can i fix it to where they only come on when i have the truck in reverse? right now they are on in all gears...

help me please...

colby

Is it a 3-speed on the column? If so, you might want to check the backup switch at the bottom of the column. I don't really know alot about electrical but hopefully if it's not that switch someone on here can help you.

Re: reverse lights!?!?!?

Sounds like the switch on the column is bad.
