Re: Back from the paint shop
Looks like the same red rcheesem (nice truck too).
I know red is probably most common and I didnt want to stray too far from something most like (including me). Will try something other than TT rims as I want it a bit different but still 5 spoke and hopefully chrome. As far as pics of the turn signals, it will have to wait. The battery was drained during the 2 month stay at the body shop and is being charged. Soon as it's done (not at my house) I leave for Monterey and MotoGP racing at Laguna Seca this weekend. I'll snap some early next week. Here's a pic in the sunlight, the smooth cowl and one of the gas cap. Pretty basic fuel set up... I have a tonneau that allows me to open the tailgate without opening snaps and I can fill it up with just the tailgate down. Last edited by Mondo; 07-18-2008 at 05:06 PM. |

Re: Back from the paint shop
Yeah, the last few days have been pretty sweet.... great race by the way
Someone asked for a pic of the turn signal... took a quick one (in the garage, not enough room to step back farther). Lights not centered in bucket but their the same on both sides so looks ok. You can see it's clear in the above pictures Last edited by Mondo; 07-21-2008 at 10:16 PM. |

Re: Back from the paint shop
I really like the location you put the fuel filler. I am gonna file that away. It doesn't look like it would be too hard to fab something up to cover everything but the cap.
