Update-'67 with 22's

Well I got them to work by running slightly narrower and lower profile tires. I solved my center cap issue by running a Pacer push through center cap. Not what I wanted but it works and look pretty good.

Anyway, here's some pictures. They didn't turn out like I wanted to due to low light.

And one of the owner and his truck.

Yea, drum brakes. I have a power booster off of a 70 or 71 I am putting in it along with power steering too.

Plans? Don't know really.

Re: Update-'67 with 22's

i was thinkin bout doing the same with my truck, just slap some 22's on it with the drums in front. Wasn't sure they would hold up to the size, etc. 22's on craigslist is going for cheap. I realize the bolt pattern is the same as the new 99-on chevy's is the same but the lug size is different. i might just put factory 07 tahoe 20's on it with a lower profile tire n be done for awhile. Thanks for the inspiration!

Looks nice...is it stock height? I am thinking of going 20/22 on mine with a 2.5/4 in drop

It's lowered a bit up front and in the rear.

And about the lug nuts, you have to get some that reach in past the wheel and grabs more stud, otherwise you have to get longer ones.
