Re: 68 GMC I6 50th Stripper

Do you have any photos of the GMC? How about the SPID or int trim pieces?
I have yet to see any documentation of 50ths being in the GMC camp, only trucks that look like 50ths. I would LOVE to see it ESP if it actually has the 50th codes.

Would love to see pics even if it doesn't!

Re: 68 GMC I6 50th Stripper

Killer deal!!I would have asked her for ten bucks to sweeten the deal...Hey,what the heck?
There were plenty of trucks with gold & white paint jobs that weren`t 50th anniversary trucks.People just refer to those colors on `68s as anniversary paint.GMC had their 50th anniversary years earlier since Chevy trucks are just immitation GMCs.

LOL! I've only known of one 50th burb, and he is no longer around here. I have tried to locate his threads saying what the options were for his 50th burb, but i have come up empty handed.

Re: 68 GMC I6 50th Stripper

I had a 50th 'Burb, but I parted it out. Someone convinced me it was a 50th, who knows? I have all the paperwork from it, here is the build sheet and the spid:

Notice the special order 17.5" wheels-the PO wanted all his trucks to have the same size.
