Changed rear diff gear oil and found....
brass flakes, not many but a few, I'm concerned that the bearings are shot, or on their way...everything seems tight, no clunking or excessive play.
Rear axle is a Dana60.

The only brass in a differential that I can recall is in the spider gear shims.
You may want to check the end play of the spider gears and if excessive, replace the shims. Jim
