They look like Boyd Coddingtons with the centers painted or powdercoaated.

The wheels on the Fairlane are Coddington Hot Rod's with powder coated centers. Car is owned by Doug Schultz. The rears were custom made 20x13 with 345mm tires.

Those are just Tri-bar headlights. LMC has em, as well as most of the other vendors I'm sure. Lot of Hot Rod places carry em too.
