Tie rod adjusting sleeve - manual vs power steering?
Im ordering a bunch of parts to redo my suspension from Autozone.
They list tie rod adjusting sleeves for both manual and power steering. The power steering sleeves cost 31 bucks while the ones for manual only cost 11. Whats the difference? Does it matter?

I would assume that the power steering tie-rods are lareger in diameter, but not really sure why that would justify triple the price.

Yeah, the only thing I could think of was that they were just a little beefier.
If thats the case, Ill just get by on the cheaper ones. but I dont know

Are the tie rods different as well? The only thing I can think of is they are longer/shorter or the thread is bigger/smaller in diameter.

The tie rod ends are the same.

Well the only thing I can say is, there are certain things I don’t mess with, brakes and steering are at the top of the list. I’d get the one it says and assume GM new a little about what they were doing.
