Looking for a front set of the rear leaf spring hangers in good condition. 71-72 only, they're different. I'm going to try to get some work done on the K-3500 "Longhorn" project. I picked up a 401 Magnum V-6 for it last week!

Is your set for a leaf spring truck? If so, can you send me a pic? I should have been more specific in my request, these hangers are for a 4X4.

I know you said 4x4 but are you working with a c-30 1 ton 2wd frame? The are taller than than the 4x4 frames (c-10 and c-20) Would you not need the c-30 rear spring perches instead? I may have a set off a 72 single wheel rear axle if so. Sorry if this convolutes your project and have already thought this thru.

The C-30 hangers on the frame that I have locate the front spring bushing at about the same place relative to the top of the frame as what the 69-70 4X4 hangers do. On the C-30, the bushing doesn't clear the bottom of the frame. On the 69-70 4X4 hangers, the spring is below the bottom of the frame since the frame is not as deep. I like the idea of the extra bracing and lift with the 71-72 hangers but you raise an interesting point that I hadn't considered. Since the frame is deeper, 71-72 hangers will actually lift it more than I had intended since the braces contact the frame at the bottom and the height will be determined from that.

Maybe I should just leave it the way it is and simplify my life a little!

Hey Bob, if it helps, I just pulled the back set of hangers for the rear leafs off my '67, I'm doing a shackle flip. They are for a 3" wide spring (3 1/2" inside width on hanger). LMK if you can use them.

67s are a different style so they won't work for my application. I do appreciate the offer though, Thanks!

Heres the pics of the 2 different hangers, the ones attatched to the springs are the 3/4 2wd, the others came off a 72 4wd 1/2 ton. If you need more info let me know.
