How hard was it to replace the front cab corners/kick panels (under the vent)? I've got a nasty spot of cancer in my truck.

Looks good! I Got a question for all you guys who have already fixed up your cabs, what did you guys replace first, I need to do most of the floor in my cab, kick panels, rocker panels, cab corners and floor supports, in what order should i do this? or all at once? Thanks guys!

Earl Junior - The kick panels weren't too bad. Just cut the olds out and weld in the new ones.
JH - You will want to do one side at a time and be sure to brace the front of the door with the back before you start cuttin the rockers and floor pan out.
