sealing the inside of a boxed frame

I started with a stock c20 frame I converted it to a short bed, I am in the process of fabing in tublar crossmembers and I am going to box my frame. I am going to get it powder coated but I'm not sure on how I can seal the inside of my frame. Is there some way I can seal the inside of my frame to keep it from rusting form the inside out?

Re: sealing the inside of a boxed frame

I used weldable primer. Not sure if thats the proper application for the product but I figured that itd hopefully be less prone to burn off when I welded in the boxing pieces.
