Thumbs down stock BBC photo assistance needed

OK, so I know I preach puttin nuts and bolts in zip lock baggies, and lots and lots of photos before you rip something apart....
What ever.
I can already hear a lot of you peckin at your keyboards to laugh at me or to poke fun.... I deserve it.
Now, I desperatly need photos of the power steering, and a/c set ups on a stock BBC... min's a 72. I already figured out the alt... that was easy. Preferably some nice up close shots... where there is no rad or sheet metal in the way maybe?

If your alternator is on the pass. side, then you are most likely running the long type water pump (1969 & up chev cars / 1973 & up chev-gmc trucks) with the long w.p. pulley and bracket setup.

Re: stock BBC photo assistance needed

well, again, thanks guys!

I knew I was missing the one on the back of the A/C that goes over the valve cover, but it looks like I am missing ALL of it back there. from the spreader on the intake, to the arm over the cover, to the arm going over the exhaust manifold to that spreader on the exhaust manifold.

It's all good. I gotta buddy here that said he has that stuff for me. Either way, I got them all installed today. The carb is on now too, and a couple other little odds and ends.

Re: stock BBC photo assistance needed

Looks like you made some nice progress there, If you end up locating the cast bracket pn. 3872726 that bolts down over intake manifold w/2 bolts, you can then do away with that larger a.i.r./smog pump mounting bracket since it does'nt look like you are planning on running the a.i.r. pump due to using that two groove w.p. pulley.

Re: stock BBC photo assistance needed

very good info there classic... I was sittin there about to slice and dice that sucker with the cut off wheel, but couldn't bring myself to doing it. Smog pump is long gone, fittings are all plugged, and I have no intentions of ever searching for the parts.
Interesting the smog pump was gone, yet the TCS system was still hooked up, and the points ignition system was still there when i got the truck.
