How can you tell if this is a posi or not. Is there an easy way to tell.

I think the no-spin was the only option, and not a "posi" which is a clutch type. Based on the side gear I see, I'd say it is an open diff. The No-spin (or Detroit Locker) has toothed engagement gears and not the regular side and spider.

OK,I'm looking for a pic of an Eaton NO-SPIN in a 3/4 or 1 ton,not 1/2 ton. Sorry for the confusion.

It may be an Eaton posi, but that's a 12 bolt rear. Uncle needs pics of a posi/no spin in an Eaton HO72 or HO52.
