Ball Joint ?
I was wanting to know if the ball joints are the same on drum and disk ?

No, they are not.....the simplest explanation, is to use the ball joints /tierods for the year of the spindles that you plan to run. If you plug in a little more info on the combo, some of us can give a little more info on what pcs to swap . best of luck.....crazyL
