Yes,they were.I believe they are more for keeping tire spash off and giving a real truck look than for steppin`.
The truck has a Good Guys sticker on a wing vent from the previous owner.I can only imagine the nice ride(s) that were hauled on back.I believe it was only used for transport from shop to shop or shows.The deck is unscarred.
