Winsheild washer
I have a 98 1500 that had the same problem. Mine also affected my wipers, they wouldn't turn off somtimes. My dad has a 95 1500 did the same thing took it to the dealer and had it fixed in about 30 min. (cost hime $100) I went to the dealer and got the same part for $35. (circit board on the fire wall) removed the three screwes and had it replaced in about 5 minutes. Worked ever since.
