I hate to even say this, you might cringe...i know i did. I couldn't get the corners to seat the trim...I knew the window needed to come up just bit..took a paint stir stick and bent and formed it to the contour of the trim lifted the seal with a bondo paddle squirted some soapy water around the whole seal and then CAREFULLY tapped the lower trim to raise the the glass and knock the trim in..
