New Chevy commercial
I was in the break room at work, and I forget what channel this was on but there was a new Chevy commercial that focused on how long lasting the truck were and it featured a bunch of 73-87's and 88-98's in various conditions ranging from beat to great shape and their owners saying how reliable the trucks were and such.
I remembered a thread here awhile back about another commercial that featured all the years of trucks, except 73-87's so I thought I would post this. Has anyone else seen this ?

Re: New Chevy commercial
I saw that while I was watching the Olympics and thought it was a great commercial. There was one contractor on there that had over 2 million miles on his square body! Maybe we should do the same thing with our trucks and send it in to Chevy.

Re: New Chevy commercial
Our club, the midwest classic Chevy GMC truck club was notified about 2 years ago by GM.
They were looking for unrestored high mileage trucks from those years for there commercial. I assume this is the one.

Re: New Chevy commercial
Too bad they didn't contact me. I have had several with 200k+ miles. The best one was my 88 Silverado with 485k on the untouched original motor.
