for info on the 6.0 I would go to www.performancetrucks.net this is a spin off from ls1tech.com
this site will have much more info on the gen3 motors.
I put a 220/220 in my 5.3 and it is a rough idle...

You'll notice it. But it'll be an absolute dog below 3500rpm.
