Do you mean that it wouldn't fire, or wouldn't turn over. If it won't even turn over, the first thing to check is your battery and all of the connections because you have no power (or not enough to make it crank). If it wouldn't fire then you either have no fuel or no spark. Pull the gas line of the back of the throttle body and turn the key to the on position. Be ready with a small cup to catch any fuel. If you have fuel flowing, then you have no spark.
