Man! That's quite a differance, size wise. I thought Ford was the only one making them bigger. I work at a Ford dealership and the F-150s are bigger than some of the the older 1 ton duallies.

I don't think GM made either of those trucks like that.

yes and it is soon going to die.

No GM cannot make anything sit right, hell, look how bad the Corvette sits.

The 02 is lifted 7-inches
The 68 is dropped 5-inches
Why can we not have good designers like BMW? It would save me alot of trouble and money.

Both "stock" height.

Ever put a 98-04 s-10 2wd next to a 99-02 silverado 4x4? Pretty funny how much smaller the S-10's are.

ooh, I like your 20s though and I really, really like the four door. I wanted a 4-door so bad but I got a descent price on mine and they had no 4-doors. I wanted to lift a 4-door 2 wheel drive truck so bad!

i guess I'll play too. i took this photo a few months ago, thought it was a stupid comparison myself... there is nothing alike, hardly even resemble each other.... but here you go.
The black one belonging to the boss hole, the yellow one... mine.

Re: took a coupl of pics of the '68 and '02 side by side. pretty funny

Comparing some pics I have layin round... My 97 sure ain't the way The General designed her, but I think he'd be proud.

Still sportin the gorgeous bowtie. The grandchildren of the 67-72's don't look quite the same, but you can still see some of the heritage.

Still gotta have the Chevy pride in the rear...

Side by side.

A little fun the Chevy way. Bout the only muddin picture I can find. Should have somebody take some pics next time I'm out playin in the mud. And I mean playin, not the light footin stick-your-big-toe-in-it kinda muddin we did the day I took that picture.

yeah, it is the 7-inch prerunner kit for the 2wd trucks. It lifted it 7-inches on the dot and the 35x12.50s added about 3 more inches to that.

There is a shop selling thos 10 and 12-inch kits, I have debated getting one.
