I am gonna try to pull it out of the garage this week and get the frame pressure washed. How do most of you guys go about cleaning the frame? I planned on buying some degreaser, oven cleaner and pressure washing it a couple of times then taking a wire wheel to it.

Yep, you're on the right track. Unless you take it somewhere to be blasted, it's basically a PITA Let the oven cleaner sit a while. If you can get the frame in the sun, heat helps the oven cleaner work better. Make sure you use eye protection when you pressure wash it all off. Don't want any splash back into your eyes.
