Hello everybody!! Some pics of my 64 C-10 - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I joined about a month ago but never got around to posting in here. I sure wish I would have found this sight when I started building my truck.

I have been fighting the "lost interest demons" for the past 14 years and it is sure nice to finally drive it. The truck was through 3 different people for the motor to finally get built. Then it was through 3 different bodyshops (if you can call them that) all of which at one time or another it seemed they lost interest. It definitely wasnt because of lack of $$$$. But anyways enough about the whining!! Just happy to be cruisin

Here are some more pics.

Some of the motor. Lots of chrome. Alot easier to keep clean than aluminum and looks great IMO. The LMC Truck chrome inner fenders look pretty sharp too.

As you can see I have moved the fuel tank to under the bed where it belongs. If you look closely and know these trucks fairly well you will see I tubbed it 3 inches as well by adding a strip down the center of the tub.(although it is kinda hard to see in these pics)

I tried to get some better pics of the Blue pearl standing out as well and you can see how it changes depending on the direction the light hits it.
