Anyone know of a place I can get a set of inner fenders locally in either Raleigh, NC, or in NJ? Shipping is 3 times the cost of the fender.

I think you are thinking of rockers. Inner fenders are $70+ each.

USED is what I can get. Thats why it is 20$ for both.

Tri-Pro is a great board vendor and would be glad for you to pick up the parts. They are 2 minutes off Route #287 in Central New Jersey.

Charlotte auto fair Sept 4-8.Bring more than just $$$ for inners you will find something else you need.You could probably build a truck there if you had a water cooled checkbook.
