Question help selecting front and maybe rear shocks

wondering what shocks chevy folk out there suggest... i have coil suspension on all 4 tires ..... and old air lift shocks in the rear ...standard ugly gas shocks on the front ....any tips or suggestion ....i dont go muddin' but i want something with a smooth ride and tight cornering ability .....

Bilstein's. I was only able to find the front ones for my '72 3/4, but I have leaf springs on the back. I got mine at Auto Zone, $69.95, but shop around on the internet. I found the ones on my Jeep for $55.95 each at Off Road Warehouse. I'm running Rancho RS5000 on the truck's rear. They are too rough unless I'm hauling a load in the bed.
