Well,
I went ahead and took the tank off this past Sunday. Took me right around 4 hours to do it. The dealer was going to charge me for 3 hours labor ($80 for the pump, $15 for the filter and what, $108 per hour). Has the labor rate gone up that much?? OVERVIEW: I guess it wasn't that bad for a Sunday mid day's work. Saved myself lots of cash. Besides the truck runs a whole lot better now. One thing brought to my attention was---> taking off the bed instead, might be faster.
