And it finally starts coming together!

Well, after spending 2 months in ontario getting my first year welding apprenticeship taken care of, I am back at home and getting as much done on the truck as I can.

Some may remember that my truck was quite the rusty heep when I last posted pictures, but in the last 2 days since i've been back, I painted the frame, and control arms and have managed to get my front suspension together.

Tommorow I plan to get my steering linkage together, and get the new disc brake kit on, and by the end of this coming week, the chassis should be a fully rolling unit with my rear end and trailing arms coming back from the sand blaster on monday.

after how long it sat, even the coat of paint on the frame was amazing to see. Now that my parts bin has had time to fill up, there will be a lot more progress. Plus these 21 days on and 7 days off work rotation is working out perfect. 7 days straight to work on my truck as long as I want? I'm lovin it.

Well, I always see frames that are black, and I wanted somthing a little different... i found a red that I liked and threw it on there... the red looks different then what you see in those pics, the lighting was kinda bad.
