Rockwell Info

Hi guys, I'm new here. I just brought a 69 swb 1/2 chevy 4x4. It has a rockwell transfer case, 4 speed, power steering, and discs brakes. I just paid $400 for it. I would like some info on the rockwell. Is it a good transfer case or should I look into getting a t205.

WHEN it breaks/wears out, you will want to go to a 205 just because they are readily available and parts are easy to get. I sell a lot of 205 changeovers to guys with bad Rockwells...but as long as it is working. Drive it and enjoy it.
