Red 68, on highway 2?

hey guys, i just went snowboarding today, and was going up to stevens pass, and about 2 miles east of skykomish, there is a red 68 c10 longbed?? parked on the side of the road next to an international truck of some sort. it had a FOR SALE sign on it, but i couldn't stop to check it out. It looked fairily rust free from the road, but you never can tell...

anyway, just wanted to know if anybody knows anything about it. Obviously, this is for washington guys...

Also, in mount vernon, from I-5, i saw a 71-72?? that had dual axels in back, it was actually pretty sweet, wondering if anybody knows anything about this. board members truck??

sorry for the sad information guys
