WTB GM Sport Bumper trailer hitch
I would like to but a GM Sport Bumper trailer hitch. I believe they bolt to the frame and extend to the license-plate area.

it had step bumper but it bolts up to the frame .

Here is something to think about in order to broaden your search: S10s and '73-up full size use the same license plate bucket so the only fab will be where the hitch mounts to the frame.
