I wonder what DMV/Smog fees are. Could that mean that whoever buys the truck would need to pay a previous fine?

california has some wacky DMV things going on if the car hasnt been titled/tagged for X amount of years i believe you have to pay a certain amount to "bring it up to date"

thats just what ive heard...

If it is out of the system for 10 years, You just have to pay for this years registration. They waive the previous 10 years.
