Question New OEM take off wheels??????????

I have been looking at wheels for my new project, a 1985 Suburban, 3/4 ton, 16" 8 lug. It comes out of the shop Wednesday with a newly built 350.

I see new OEM take offs on eBay that some sellers claim they will fit all 8 lug 16" Chevy's while others say they are only for 89 and newer.
Will fit.

Will not fit.

Has anyone here used these wheels for their truck?
They look pretty good. Will they work?
Thanks
Mike

Do the 73-91 Subs have the same bolt pattern as the 92-99? If so they fit. My roommate took the 8 lug wheels off his 2002 HD truck. The guy who bought them put them on a 98 Suburban. Looked really sharp too. If they fit check your local paper for some on sale. Even tire places might have a few they may want to sell. If you find out let us know.

Thanks gchemist.
I am mainly interested in the back spacing or offset? the bolt pattern should be the same, also are stock lugs long enough?

Backspacing is the key I seem to remember Our wheels being 3.25in backspaced but on the newer style it is more like 7in backspaced A good tire shop could tell you more accurately though
