Fuel system for fuel injection

What have you guys used in your fuel injection swaps regarding the fuel delivery system? Are there any kits or bolt in tanks that have pumps inside? What about lines to the 5.3?

I'm a 2000 Trans Am fuel tank behind the axle. It has the fuel pump in it and it doesn't hang too low.
