lower control arms with bag plates and bag cups

I've got a set of 67-72 lower control arms with new moog ball joints. The ball joints are for the 73-87. Also is a set of air bag plates and hardware to bolt them on. Everything has been sprayed with POR 15. The shock mounts have been modified but will still accept stock shock location with a shock stud. The arms are $50 plus shipping. The plates are $40 shipped.

I also have a set of cups for a 67-98, $30.00 shipped.

Re: lower control arms with bag plates and bag cups

How do the cups work with the front airbag? And what needs to be done to the front shock mount?

The cups are bolted to the bottom of the bag and the cup just sits in the spring pocket.

Nothing needs to be done to the lower shock mount. You just need to purchase a pair of shock studs like these.

The lower shock mounts where modified to achieve a more desirable shock angle when bagged.

Re: lower control arms with bag plates and bag cups

I may be interested if you still have these for sale. Can you explain the benefit of the cups vs plate? I would need them for the front of a 3/4 ton with 6" slam specialties bags.

Shawn,

Just saw I had a response on this thread. Sorry for the delay. Cup vs. plate...not a huge difference, I just like the plate because it eliminates any potential for the bag rubbing.
