LMC wants $99.95 and GMC Pauls wants $144.95 for the same mounting hardware for a 67 4wd truck.Whats the difference? for the 2wd GMC Pauls is $69.95 and LMC is $99.95,I need the 4wd ,wonder why there is such a price difference.

This is a generalization, but most of the parts are chineese, no matter who you buy them from. If there is a big difference in price, go with the low price. I have ordered from GMCPaul, and received excellent service. LMC was OK service...no complaints. Atheys has great service too.

The Truck Shop has excellent pricing that noone can touch, but poor service on my first order. I may try them again.

Question

I bought from Golden State.. Very expensive.
I bought last year from Chevy Duty. Everything was ok on a rather large order except the dash pad had pin holes in it. Called them and asked for a replacement and their reply sucked. My choice was to buy another one and send the defective one back for credit or send the defective one back and then they would replace it. Long wait regardless. I feel they should have sent a "call slip" for the junk one and sent me a good replacement 2nd day air with an apoligy.. I will always remember that when I make my next order. I also had a real problem getting a replacement cataloge. I alled and called and e/mailed and no reply until I talked some $hit about it on the web site. Funny thing happened. I got 3 in the mail 2 days later..

Thumbs up Another Really Good Supplier...

Classic Heartbeat...Wes also has god prices and quality parts. Wes like GMCPaul and others are straight shooters. There is a supplier in FL. I would not recommend as he wasn't fair nor honest in a past dealing. Even when I sent back an email showing what he had promised he refused to make things right. I wanted a Jr. West Coast Mirror and he quoted me a price. All I got was the brackets and if I wanted the mirror it would be extra. I say we need to list the good supplier of parts as mentioned on this board. Tim, Wes and Paul know their trucks and are helpful when one needs help as some of the other supplies. Just my .0002 cents worth.
Regards,
70cst

Jim Carter is fast and will give a discount if purchased online. I have used LMC but you have to go over $500 where I live to avoid expensive shipping costs.
