I generally do something similar to Scoti and drill a hole in the upper spring pocket faceing the rear of the truck I found some cool grommets that fit snugly around 1/2" DOT line and take just a slightly larger hole to be drilled. Then I secure the line to the frame on the outside as I run it back to the valves.
