Cross member removal

I'm in the middle of tearing my truck apart. Looking at the front cross member,can it be removed without haveing to take the rest of the suspension out (ie:control arms,coils etc.)? This way i can still move the whole unit around while working on it and other stuff.

Yes, it can be removed as a complete unit.
