I assume that you mean the inside hex of the bolt and not the threads.
I have gotten them out by using a pair of vice grips after soaking the threads down with a good penetrant. Jim

Yea it was the hex, they were rounded out on the inside....I'll have to try some of that I tried the vice grips earlier and it didnt work out but i didnt spray any penetrator.
