wheel to wheel

Hey There,
Will a stock rim off a 72 gmc 4x4 fit a 69 chev 1/2 ton? thanks

with Husker, and I am thinking that the mounting issues/clearance problems come into play if going the other way around and mounting older six lug (non-disc) wheels onto the later disc trucks.

you are both correct.
You can put disk brake old school 6lug wheels on 6 lug 4 wheel drum vehicles, but you can't do it the other way around.
So yes, the 4X4 wheels will work on your 69.
