Pics of Repro TG Fit---Not Bad

The TG is just a little short from side-to-side. The body shop didn't pre-fit it or they could have pulled the bedsides in just a little at the top to make it better.
It looks great to see a nice clean TG with no dents, bondo, rust, bowing or other damage. If you don't have a perfect original, these are pretty good for the $$$.
Yes, it will hold 200 lbs just fine. It is close to original thickness...it is 10lbs lighter than an NOS.
...and there is one of my new GMC grills, too.

I don't know, but it would be cheaper to get a lightly rusted original & have it blasted, if you are going to paint or powder coat it.

Talking Re: Pics of Repro TG Fit---Not Bad

I put a new repro tailgate on my 67 and was unhappy with for a while because of the fit , but now all the work I did to get it to fit is history ,
I like it now and nobody even notice's it

Arrow Re: Pics of Repro TG Fit---Not Bad

you can fix the side to side gap's with just loosening the bolt's on the rear cross member and the bolt's down the bedside's , align it then tighten the bolt's back up !
