Probably the easiest would be a 6" susp. lift, and a 2" body lift. Or, a 6" susp. lift and some fender trimming.
Those are wide tires. I hope you have wheels with reasonable backspacing so they won't hit when you turn.
For steering, if you have a 6" susp. lift you'd need a 4" steering arm and that would probably be fine. ALso great would be a 2" pitman arm.
First thing to buy though is a steering box brace. Should be considered mandatory, it's about $95 and it's a bolt-on.
