Need a little help on shaving handles

I have a 67 chevy pickup that I want to shave. Would it be better to have a shop cut the delete plates, or buy them already made? I see some on Ebay every now, and then, but not recently, plus I hate dealing with Ebay. I want to shave everything, except the gate. I finished the gate, and then decided to shave it...lol...so, it will have to stay that way.

Re: Need a little help on shaving handles

an alternative would be to get a donor door and cut out pieces say like 4x 4 or so. then cut a 4x4 hole out of your door. much easier than a filler plate and you would have the door curves/body line you need.

Re: Need a little help on shaving handles

I believe board member Infanti sells those along with other patches.
I've never dealt with him myself, but I've seen nothing but positive feedback about him and his products.
